    Yoga Flow is our signature vinyasa yoga class where each soul mechanic uniquely links breath to movement allowing you to dive deeper into your body and the present moment. Vinyasa is an invigorating practice where postures flow from one to another in conjunction with breath. Setting intentions and practicing gratitude, you will flow through a challenging and balanced sequence including sun salutations, inversions, backbends, spinal twists, forward folds, concluding with a final savasana.

  • YOGA SCULPT

    YOGA SCULPT is a high energy hybrid workout class combining vinyasa yoga postures with elements of pilates, plyometrics, and strength training. YOGA SCULPT will challenge both your body and mind while elevating your yoga practice to a whole new level. This breath to movement class is designed to sculpt every major muscle group moving through yoga postures with weights, cardio bursts, lunge and core series concluded with a restorative cool down.

    Pilates can be for anyone and everyone. This system of physical and mental conditioning is designed to lengthen, strengthen, and balance the entire body. Using the principles that form the basis of Pilates - breath, concentration, center, control, precision, and flow - you will discover your powerhouse while being guided through this method of mind-body exercise on your mat.

  • EXPLORE & EXPRESS

    EXPLORE &EXPRESS is a guided movement improvisation class that will enable you to experience meaningful self-expression and emotional release. Improvisation is spontaneous movement exploration that can be used as a warm-up, a meditation, for self expression or for just plain fun! In E&E, you will be encouraged to let go of judgment and expectation to access an inner openness allowing one’s movement (or stillness) to follow another with acceptance. This class can be done with or without music, in a small space or outdoors, with eyes open or closed..the choices are yours.

  • GROOVE

    GROOVE is a music driven dance cardio class that is designed to feel more like a party than a workout. With easy to follow dance inspired cardio and interval training, this high-intensity, low impact class will raise your heart rate and sculpt the whole body - all while jamming to the hottest music. Dance experience is not necessary. This is a class for you to get out of your head and dance like nobody's watching. Let’s MOVE & GROOVE!

  • RESTORE

    take a deep breath in...you can let go. RESTORE is dedicated time to slow down, regroup, reground, recharge, reset, return…A gentle and slow stretch class designed to elongate your muscles and ease your mind. In this class you will be guided through intuitive stretches to bring your body and mind back to restoration.

    RESTORE is a stretch class designed to elongate your muscles and mind. In this class you will be guided through intuitive stretches to bring your body and mind back to restoration. You can wake your body and mind up with RESTORE first thing in the morning or it can be the last practice of your day to set you up for a night's finer sleep.
